Academic and Professional Certificates:

Awarded a PhD with honors in Philosophy of Law (Public Law) from the University of Bahrain in 2018 and a Master's in Public Law from the University's College of Law in 2013, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bahrain 2006. He has a Professional Certificate in arbitration from Dar Al Qarar, the G.C.C Commercial Arbitration Centre, and a diploma from the International Federation for Human Resources Development in the area of professional training in "The Art of Public Speaking and Eloquence". He also obtained the International Professional Certificate in Training of Trainers (TOT), accredited by the British Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), and a certified expert in the field of criminal justice at the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute.

Practical and Academic Experiences:

Attorney admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court, private notary, trustee for bankruptcy and reorganization, and certified arbitrator at the G.C.C Commercial Arbitration Centre, "Dar Al-Qarar”. He served as a member or chairman of numerous arbitral tribunals that heard a variety of disputes, as well as a certified mediator in both civil and criminal cases. In addition to reviewing agreements and local and international contracts, he has extensive experience in the fields of arbitration, mediation, and advisory services in all areas of law (civil, criminal, commercial, and Sharia), reviewing national and international contracts, representing clients before all courts, police stationsall judicial bodies, mediation panels, and arbitration panels, carrying out the formation, notarization, liquidation, and reorganization of businesses, as well as taking all necessary legal procedureswith clients, creditors, and the court, and registering patents and intellectual property both inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
